Transform yoga program

Offering ~ The Transform program is a four to eight week program.* This yoga program is unique in that it differs with every person I work with. There is no "one-size fits all" when it comes to wellness, and I feel confident that I can help you find what is sustainable for your lifestyle. Together we work to remove boxes, baggage and old tapes that may be keeping you from your best Self.

Who ~ Sometimes we make shifts, but then fall into the same patterns or habits. The Transform program is for the person who wants guidance, accountability and encouragement to make lasting shifts that increase their overall wellness through yoga - whether that be physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and/or spiritually.

  • The program includes ~​​

    • weekly private yoga sessions | 60 min

    • a private breathwork and meditation session | 20 min | based on your energetic assessment | recorded and shared with you to keep 

    • guiding your focus | a daily piece of wisdom or text to guide your intention  | delivered via email or text

    • outline of daily practices | 5-10 minutes a day | based on your energetic assessment

    • weekly email check-ins | bolster accountability | answering any questions

    • final meet | up to 60 min | assessment of your post-program energetic assessment | discuss daily practices or any shifts | feedback

*  The amount of time you spend in the program is dependent on how much time you want to invest in transforming your wellness.
