The Mindfulness Collective is a group of individuals gathering with the intention of increasing mindfulness in our daily lives.

Each session you can expect a non-judgmental, safe space where your “human-ness” is welcome; practices to ground our nervous systems after the busy week; and tools and resources to bolster your mindfulness practices outside of the group. After each session there will be a technique to practice and you can return with feedback about your experience at the next session.

Mindfulness originated from ancient eastern and Buddhist philosophy and dates back around 2500 years. Studies have shown that the benefits of mindfulness are substantial and can provide relief from stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
